SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Wolverhampton warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options for our global customers (excluding Asia and select remote regions):

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Tracking included
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Note: Customers outside the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are not included in the order total. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind our premium streetwear collections. If you’re not completely satisfied with your cargo pants, hoodies, or contemporary apparel, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receipt.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original condition with all tags attached
- Show no signs of wear or washing
- Include original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items from our collections cannot be returned unless defective:
- LEGGINGS (all styles)
- KNITWEAR (excluding defective items)
All KIDS items must be returned with original packaging and hygiene seals intact.

REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return:

EXCHANGES
For size exchanges on our premium hoodies or cargo pants:
- We’ll ship the replacement once the original is received
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges within the same order value
- International exchanges may require payment of new shipping costs
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our contemporary collections:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label for UK customers
- International customers will be reimbursed for return shipping
- Expedited replacement shipping at our expense
