OUR URBAN STREETWEAR RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition with tags attached
  • Show no signs of wear or washing
  • Include original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, our premium LEGGINGS and KNITWEAR (excluding defective items) cannot be returned or exchanged. All KIDS items must be returned in original packaging with hygiene seals intact.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our Wolverhampton-based team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items Securely
    Use the original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt at our Wolverhampton facility
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

EXCHANGES

For size exchanges on our premium hoodies or cargo pants:

  • We’ll ship the replacement item once the original is received
  • No additional shipping charges for exchanges within the same order value
  • International exchanges may require payment of new shipping costs

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item from our contemporary collections:
