What styles of clothing do you specialise in?
We focus on contemporary urban streetwear including our bestselling cargo pants, statement hoodies, and versatile joggers. Our collections span from rugged utility wear to premium knitwear, designed for the modern urban lifestyle.
Do you offer plus sizes or extended sizing?
Currently our MENS and KNITWEAR collections feature standard sizing, while our HOODIES & SWEATSHIRTS often have relaxed fits. Check individual product pages for detailed size charts.
Are your cargos and hoodies seasonally updated?
Yes! We regularly introduce limited-edition hoodies and update our COATS & JACKETS seasonally. Sign up for our newsletter to get alerts about new arrivals.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available?
  • Express Tracked Delivery (£12.95 worldwide via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after processing
  • Free Standard Shipping (orders over £50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after processing
Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.
Why does my tracking number show no movement?
For EMS shipments, tracking updates primarily appear at major transit points. DHL/FedEx orders provide real-time tracking from our Wolverhampton warehouse to your doorstep.
What if my order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe?
While rare, customs delays can occur. If your urban essentials haven’t arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery window, email [email protected] with your order number for a personal investigation.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Note: Final sale items (marked on product pages) cannot be returned.
How do I return my joggers/knitwear?
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a returns address (typically our Wolverhampton facility) and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing depends on your bank/payment provider (PayPal refunds typically appear fastest).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure global transactions.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never store full payment details. For added security, we recommend PayPal checkout which keeps your financial information private.
Why was my card declined?
Common reasons include: insufficient funds, international transaction blocks (contact your bank), or billing address mismatches. Try PayPal as an alternative payment method.

Do you offer student/military discounts?
Currently we don’t have structured discount programs, but follow us on social media for occasional flash sales on our urban collections.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly (within 1-2 days). Email [email protected] immediately with your request – if your hoodies/cargos haven’t been packed yet, we may be able to help.

Our operations are based at 6 Raglan St, Wolverhampton, GB WV1H 5LH. This is where all quality checks and shipments originate.
